I believe this is resolved in 0.9.22.5. There was a small threshold where drinking from a fresh water tile could be attempted while already drinking, leading to the message popping up.
Drinking from what? Fresh water, a container? If a container, which container? What are you drinking? Water? Please be a bit more specific in your bug reports to help me find the cause a bit easier. :)
